- Prices, availability, payment plans, handover dates, and specifications are subject to change by developers or owners without prior notice.
- Insights Venture Real Estate acts strictly as a broker and consultant, facilitating transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers.
Fees, Commission & Payments
- Brokerage fees and commissions are payable as agreed in writing or as per market standards.
- All government fees, registration charges, service charges, developer fees, and third-party costs are payable directly by the client and are non-refundable.
- Any advance, booking amount, or token paid to developers or sellers is subject to their individual refund policies.
- Payment of any fee or commission constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Review all property documents before signing
- Conduct independent due diligence where required
- Comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Meet all financial and contractual obligations on time
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or cancellations arising from incomplete information, client negligence, or third-party actions.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We are committed to protecting your privacy.
- Client data is handled confidentially
- Information is used solely for property-related services
- Data may be shared with developers, landlords, or authorities only when required for transaction purposes or by law

Limitation of Liability

- Developer delays or project cancellations
- Market fluctuations or price changes
- Financial or investment losses
- Third-party service failures
- Misrepresentation by developers, landlords, or sellers
Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the brokerage fee received for the specific transaction.
